Thank you for shopping at Lenoox Sale. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices and procedures. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms described below.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the contiguous United States (the 48 contiguous states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation and order verification. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Business days: Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days within the contiguous United States.

  • Delivery time estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high-volume periods may affect actual delivery times.

Shipping Carriers

We work with a variety of trusted shipping carriers to ensure reliable delivery of your orders. Based on your shipping address and the nature of your order, we will select an appropriate carrier. Carriers may include, but are not limited to:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • FedEx

Shipping Rates

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders shipped to addresses within the contiguous United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements or hidden fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package through the carrier’s website.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Lenoox Sale is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. If you realize that you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@lenooxsale.com. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@lenooxsale.com as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, where applicable, arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lenooxsale.com. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to initiate a return after receiving the package.
