Return Process

- Package the item securely in its original packaging, attach the return label, and drop off the package at the designated carrier location.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
Refund Processing Time
After we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return eligibility conditions, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or PayPal account).
- Please note that after we issue the refund, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@lenooxsale.com. Please include your order number and clear photos showing the damage or defect. We will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
